Description

Classic is a dry style gin with hints of Rosemary & Thyme which give a herbaceous aroma. A versatile, premium quality gin for all occasions.

Tasting Notes

The nose is herbaceous.

PALATE

Finish

To enhance these notes, serve with a mixer of your choice and add fresh rosemary, thyme and fresh orange.

Tasting Notes

NOSE

Enjoyably fruity on the nose, with rhubarb preserve and baked apple. The baobab and hibiscus contribute to the fruit and floral aromas.

PALATE

Orange and coriander arrive on the palate, though it’s still dominated by rhubarb. Upon tasting, it surprises with an evocative almost nostalgic sweetness followed by a tart crisp edge from the baobab and hibiscus. This gin is slightly softer than traditional gins with smooth juniper and citrus notes.

Finish

A truly African inspired gin, best served with a hibiscus flavoured tonic and garnished with fig, orange and spekboom.
